Quisnam Vertitur - a proposal for a sculpture on a traffic circle/roundabout

When driving parallel to the airport area one will see a monumental ellipse, balancing on the middle of the roundabout.

Traffic circle sculpture projects itself as a triangle.
From the direction perpendicular to the previous view, the sculpture projects itself as an ellipse.
