There are 46 translucent background color examples which are 64 by 64 pixels each and their size varies between 1 and 40KB. Used as background they will repeat and fill the whole cell or table. Or use them for your CSS pages as text backgrounds, divs, etcetera. No Java. Their effect will of course only be optimal when used over a fixed background image.
