CITIES - sculptures and land art

Hoorn

Like an oasis, the characteristic space with old exotic trees lies in the middle of the long garden. During the demolition of the old school and the building of the present one, care was taken to save the trees and not damage the roots. The twenty meter long red bridge passes over it at an acute angle with the Poplar screens (not visible in this photo).

The red steel slab-like shape is 20 meters long, 2 meters wide and 40 centimeters thick and acts as a footbridge.
