CITIES - sculptures and land art

Bleiswijk

The geometric sculpture victory - previously installed in Koog aan de Zaan in the Dutch town of Zaanstad - The Netherlands (1984-2000) - its mayor, Ruud Vreeman who is not interested in art, decided to comply with a ten year old petition drawn up by a citizen who didn't like the sculpture
studies are being made to relocate this work along the TGV-line (Train à Grande Vitesse the French high speed train) which will pass through Holland on its way to Amsterdam - near Bleiswijk in the province of South Holland it will run above the ground.
