The wings of the Cross of Andreas resemble the casques or gold squares.
1987-88 Grote Kerk tower project, Dordrecht NL.

Like the beams of a light tower the arms resemble signs pointing to the directions of the points from between which people in the surroundings of the tower can read the time.
