SCULPTOR AT WORK

working in Henry Moore's summer sculpture studio at Henraux S.P.A. stone yards in Querceta, Italy
Working on bilinear monoplane, convex - African Black - at Henraux studios in Querceta, Italy.

I was grateful to Henry Moore for introducing me to the people at Henraux. It gave me the opportunity to work with colleagues specialized in stone and get experience with pneumatic tools for the first time. I did have hand chisels forged by a blacksmith in the mountains nearby and took them back with me to my studio in Holland..
