Land art and site specific sculpture in the urban setting. Environmental sculpture is an art form which uses the environment as its material. Concrete art is, like any art form, human made and is therefore geometric in essence. Public art is art which can be viewed and accessed by the public.

Elliptical willow construction in Kangasniemi, Finland.
An elliptical willow construction in Kangasniemi, Finland.

In the spring of 2012 the Terneuzen urban land art project, which had been demolished in 1994 on account of reconstruction of the public building, in front of which the willow ellipse had stood for fourteen years, was re-installed in the sculpture park around my studios and house. The solid stainless steel focal point cones had been returned to me in that year. They were actually used to reconstruct the original elliptical positioning of the willows.
