Land art and site specific sculpture - land art uses the environment and its scale as its material. Concrete art is expressed in material itself with which the artist introduces her non-representational objective. Public art can be viewed and accessed by observers.

Paul Schuitema - two tubular chairs.

In 2005 I bought two chairs from a colleague of mine. The chairs used to be owned by Jan Begeer.

They were designed by Paul Schuitema in the nineteen thirties. As you see they have a chrome-plated tubular steel cantilever frame - the upholstery covers on steel springs.
