The text is circular with the tree as its
center. It reads "Ter gelegenheid van de
opening van het Beeldenpark Drechtoevers op
5 juni 1996 heeft Hare Majesteit de Koningin
deze boom geplant" (translated) "on the occasion
of the opening of the Drecht Banks Sculpture
Park on June 5 1996 Her Majesty the Queen planted
this tree".
The text was conceived in cooperation
with the poet Jan Eijkelboom.
