Queen Beatrix

Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands opens the symposium East West Forum - Japanese and Dutch sculpture in Dordrecht Holland - and Lucien den Arend, spokesman of the organization committee
1983 - Queen Beatrix opened the East West Forum, a sculpture symposium with Japanese and Dutch artists participating in Dordrecht, The Netherlands

At the start of the East West Forum, Queen Beatrix visited the location and met the participating Japanese and Dutch artists. Here we have just been in the old factory where she saw the exhibition of the artists' works, and the plans for the coming symposium. She told me that she would be back for an informal visit when the actual work would be underway.
