1982 Together with Jan Jelle Stroosma Lucien den Arend visited Truus Schröder- Schräder in the house that she and Gerrit Rietveld built in Utrecht, Holland. Jan, who died just a week before making this page, had told Lucien that he would be very interested in joining him on his visit with Truus Schröder- Schräder. He had done much research on the period of the ''Stijl'' and had things to ask her which had not been quite clear since the period.
