:Pursuant to Art. 98, subparagraph 8 of the Constitution of the Republic
of Bulgaria I hereby decree:
Awarded shall be the 1st class Order of The Horseman of Madara to Mr. LUCIEN DEN
AREND for his efforts in the promotion of Bulgarian culture in
The Netherlands.
