premeditated sculpture

My sculptures and land art projects are made by made by willful intent and a great measure of forethought and planning. This means that my way of working leaves little or no room for circumstance.

premeditated sculpture - example one.

Since my works are constructed rather than sculpted, it can be concluded that each sculpture is the result of a plan. As my work develops I become increasingly aware of a tendency to present the method of construction more than the result.
