Landscape & Art Network

Members of the British Landscape & Art Network visited a number of land art projects that Lucien den Arend made in the province of South Holland.

The member of the Landscape & Art Network pose on the roof terrace of the sculptor's studio in Zwijndrecht - in alphabetical order - Paul Best, Franciss Carr, Ivor Cunningham, Tex Dallas, Marie Franks, Barbara French, Tam Giles (who initiated this study tour), Oliver Gollancz, Sheilegh Jevons, Craig McCraiger, Sara Meidan, Catharine Moriarty, David Pearce, Laura Robinson, Vanessa Ross and Jane Spray and in the foreground Lucien den Arend and his sons Vincent and Oskar

The sculptor guided delegates of the network of professionals concerned with the quality of the urban and natural environment on their study tour of The Netherlands on March 19, 1995 along a number of his projects - Pieter Janszoon Saenredam Project in Barendrecht, Walburg Project and the Middelharnis / Dirksland road environment and bridge.
