Terneuzen
In 1980 the chief government architect of The Netherlands commissioned
me to make a proposal for a site specific work for the entrance
area of the Terneuzen employment exchange center - arbeidsbureau. The existing
building from the post-war period was already being enlarged and I
joined the project team.
1984 the project
was finished. Time would weather and
soften the stark contrast between the white and black pavement.
