CITIES - sculptures and land art

Hilversum|Horstermeer

In the town of Horstermeer - in The Netherlands the largest art project is located on the grounds of the Hilversum regional sewage recycling plant. In 1984 the Zuiveringschap Amstel- en Gooiland in the central city Hilversum commissioned Lucien den Arend to make a proposal for the gardens: in particular for the area between the two entrance roads.
