2008 - impressionistic circumstantial demarcation, urban oasis - 37x37 steps
So I decided to define this oasis by demarcating it with two walls, or planes, of willow trees. Then there will be the random - naturally evolved willow growth around the pond, and my mathematically determined lines composed of the same type of tree. But this time the math was done intuitively. The meters were the length my steps, recorded with two willow twigs, which were used by my assistants to mark the locations for the holes.
