Erfurt
BWV 2001 is a sandstone cube with two perpendicular cuts, meeting each other in the center of the sculpture. Together with BWV 2001, variation, it was made to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the death of Johann Sebastian Bach, were given on loan to the city of Erfurt. They have been installed on the slope of the Petersberg, facing the old city center.
