CITIES - sculptures and land art

Zwijndrecht Discoid Form 3

In 1973 I made a series of disk-like forms. Three of them were made full size; which were around the same height as a person standing next to it. Two were cast in bronze: discoid form 1 and this one, discoid form 3. discoid form, juncture 2 is still in the plaster of Paris stage, in my studio in Holland. Discoid form, juncture (1) was never enlarged; the small version has been cast in bronze.
