SCULPTURES UNDER CONSTRUCTION

construction of steel sculpture near Rotterdam for the arch over the road at Rhoon, Albrandswaard in Holland
poort van Rhoon - 2011 - the construction of the monumental steel sculpture for Rhoon, Albrandswaard in Holland started up again.

At the end of 2011 the city of Albrandswaard had again decided to install the sculpture; and it would be on the location where the foundations had already been lain in 2008.

Segno d'Arte, a company specialized in constructing monumental works of art in the public space, was commissioned to move the sculpture's parts back to the location where they were to be installed in 2008. There the sculpture will form the gateway and entrance to a new climatic buffer zone in the area.
