Land art and site specific sculpture in the urban setting. Environmental sculpture is an art form which uses the environment as its material. Concrete art is, like any art form, human made and is therefore geometric in essence. Public art is art which can be viewed and accessed by the public.

Red & Sculptures

Farel a steel sculpture with RAL 2002 coating during installation.
Farel - a red (RAL 2002) steel element being installed in Ridderkerk, Holland

Just like red segmented delineation the two-dimensional and elliptical curve segments change direction at the corner of the square. But contrary to it, here the planes in which the curves lie face outwards and are not perpendicular. I wanted the whole sculpture to be red and differentiate itself from its surroundings. The 4cm thick steel plates were coated with RAL 2002.
