A new road through a traditional English rural landscape presents a number of problems which can be solved responsibly. Approaching this from an artist's point of view will give unexpected results.

Spijkenisse intersection between the Groenekruisweg and the Sportlaan
Having moved 270 degrees around the sculpture, one has made a left hand turn from the Groenekruisweg onto the Sportlaan. The part of the sculpture nearest to the observer projects itself as a straight line - and at the same time its continuous movement leads the eye to a curved projection of its other half.
