Both locations to the sides of the the Capitol building are historically sensitive; this is why much thought will have to be put into the creation of a fitting sculpture for these places.

Europa is a stainless steel tubular sculpture which is shown exhibited at Beeckestein Castle in Holland. Even if it was installed in the middle of a forest, it still would not find any interference from the trees. Trees don't block viewing it - they actually complement its contrasting movement and the material.
