Barendrecht
roundabout spiral cone, sand mound
The city of Barendrecht, like many
other European municipalities, is introducing roundabouts in the place of
conventional intersections. A number of Barendrecht companies has been given the
opportunity to make a proposal. Henny Monshouwer and Lucien den Arend were
asked by Monshouwer Contractors to make a design for a sculpture on the most
southern traffic circle.
